中文摘要：吐蕃王朝是青藏高原上第一个统一的奴隶制政权,吐蕃王朝自诞生时起就着手建立法律制度,这也是吐蕃政权的一大特色。本文通过对吐蕃王朝法律的渊源、创制、发展、体系等方面的探讨,揭示吐蕃法律的主要特点,试图从这个政权内部的法律层面来认识其社会本质。

英文摘要：Tibet was the first unified slavish regime on the Qinghai-Xizang plateau,and the local regime was also in fashion for a time in western China.Tibetan regime began to develop its legal system from the very beginning of its establishment,which is an outstanding characteristic of Tibetan regime.Through analyzing the following basic elements of Tibetan regime law:initiation,development,origin,system,etc,this paper will reveal the main characteristics of Tibetan regime law,and try to recognize the social essence of the strong regime from it's inner legal level.
