中文摘要：唐代后期,泽潞镇在唐王朝与河北藩镇的斗争中逐渐充当了重要角色。本文对泽潞镇辖区的变更进行重新梳理,并以此为基础探讨了泽潞镇自建置以来至元和年间军事地位的变迁,认为在这期间泽潞镇由朝廷防御河北的要地演变成攻略河北的一枚重要棋子。而该镇军事地位的这种变化是与这一时期军事形势的发展和朝廷藩镇政策的转变相一致的。

英文摘要：In the late Tang Dynasty,Zelu Fang Zhen town(泽潞镇) had played the strong character gradually in the struggle between the Tang goverment and Hebei Fang Zhen.This article is to check up evolution of Zelu Fang Zhen in detail.And be based in these,we discuss from its establishment to the pierod of Yuanhen(元和) the change of uhe strategic situation of Zelu Fang Zhen.And we think that in this period Zelu Fan Zhen evolves from the important base of government resisting Hebei to the important base of government attacking Hebei gradually,and this change of Zelu Fang Zhen's strategic situation coincides with the development of the military situation and the transformation of the royal government's military governor policy in this period.
